*On the occasion of Christmas shopping, orders placed from 2 December can be returned until 7 January. 

Under normal conditions, you can return any item within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product in the same conditions in which it was sent. To do this you must send the merchandise along with the RCCelta delivery note by courier to:

"RC Celta Tienda Oficial - Estadio de Balaídos - 36210 Vigo / Pontevedra / Spain"

All return and reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use certified mail to ensure the correct reception of the shipment. Once we have received the merchandise and checked its status, we will credit you with the card with which you made the purchase, the amount corresponding to the returned product.

Only the return of personalized products will be accepted if the personalization is incorrect from the moment the order is received, or if the product presents a defect.

Once a name or number has been printed on a T-shirt, it can not be changed or a refund can be requested, unless the product has a defect. The same applies if a player leaves the club or changes his number within the team while playing for the club.

 

QUALITY POLICY

Your purchase is protected by the law relating to the sale of goods in Spain, which includes the regulations on defective goods. This means that you can receive a refund if your claim is justified and the defect is not a consequence of improper use of the product or any other harmful conduct. In accordance with Celtic RC's quality policies, any product that the customer deems defective must be returned for assessment and, if appropriate, replaced with a new one.

If your product has been purchased in a physical shop, you must go to one of our shops so that we can help you. In case the product was purchased from our online shop (shop.rccelta.es) and you do not have one of our shops nearby, you must file a claim after discovering the defect in the product. We recommend that you file your complaint as soon as possible. You can do this by contacting our team at [email protected]. When submitting a complaint, please include as much information as possible about the incident, attach a photo of the item and indicate the order number.

Remember that the products must be sent in suitable packaging and that you must obtain a receipt for the shipment, as proof that you have returned the items. Once the product has been checked and accepted for return, if the product is in stock, and if it has been purchased in a physical shop, you can choose between a voucher for that amount for consumption in our shops or, failing that, a refund will be made. If the product is not in stock or if the purchase was made online, the refund will be made directly.

No refunds will be given for items that:

  • Have not been purchased in an Official RC Celta Shop
  • Have suffered damage from negligent activity
  • Have been damaged by careless use
  • Damaged by natural wear and tear and have exceeded their economic useful life.
