Shipments

Transport terms:
Once the shipment leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking code for your order.
The delivery time for orders ranges between 2-7 business days from the confirmation of the order, however, it may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order.
The delivery time may depend on the availability of the chosen products and the delivery area.
Deliveries are made only during working days, so on local holidays the shipment could take slightly longer than usual. Furthermore, in promotional periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, delivery times may suffer delays.
Times may also be altered by specific incidents in transport or due to difficulties in the delivery of the order.

Spain and Portugal:
The delivery times are as follows:
• Spain (peninsula), the shipment will be from 3 to 7 days.
• Portugal and the Balearic Islands: shipping will take from 3 to 7 days.
• Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 3-7 days (customs processing time is not included)

Rest of the world:
• Austria, France, Belgium, Italy, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany and Switzerland: home delivery in 3-7 days after leaving our warehouse.
• Rest of the world: International Postal Package. Home delivery 7 days approx. from the departure of our warehouse. The shipment may be subject to customs formalities, which could entail an additional cost for the recipient and a delay in delivery.

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs depend on the destination and the weight of the package. They will be calculated and displayed on the order summary page prior to confirmation and payment by the Customer.
Free shipping costs from €50,00 for purchases in the Peninsula (Spain).

Have you purchased a presale item from our website? We will send it to you as soon as possible subject to stock availability. Pre-sale items guarantee that your order will be the first to be managed in our warehouse and shipped in order of purchase, without complying to the time periods established in our "Shipping Conditions".

Store Pick-up

If you choose this shipping method, as soon as your order is ready we will send you an email, and after 24 hours you can go to the RC Celta Official Store at Abanca Balaídos to pick up your order.
