Returns

You can return any item within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product in the same conditions in which it was sent. To do this you must send the merchandise along with the RCCelta delivery note by courier to:

"RC Celta Tienda Oficial - Estadio de Balaídos - 36210 Vigo / Pontevedra / Spain"

All return and reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use certified mail to ensure the correct reception of the shipment. Once we have received the merchandise and checked its status, we will credit you with the card with which you made the purchase, the amount corresponding to the returned product.

Only the return of personalized products will be accepted if the personalization is incorrect from the moment the order is received, or if the product presents a defect.

Once a name or number has been printed on a T-shirt, it can not be changed or a refund can be requested, unless the product has a defect. The same applies if a player leaves the club or changes his number within the team while playing for the club.
