Retro Atilano Vecino 1986/87 Celta T-shirt

Atilano Vecino defended the right wing of the Vigo team for 12 seasons (1982-1994). With 393 matches under his belt, Atilano Vecino is the fourth player with the most matches played for Celta. He was also Spanish Second Division champion with Real Club Celta de Vigo in the 1991-92 season.

Celta fans will always remember the match against Maradona's Barcelona, in which, thanks to Atilano, they managed to draw with the Blaugranas (2-2). This not only earned him the recognition of his teammates, but also left an indelible mark on the team's supporters.

Some interesting facts:

• He made his debut with the team on 31 October 1982 against Real Betis.
• In the 2013/14 season, he promised that if the team avoided relegation, he would get a tattoo. He now has the club's crest tattooed on his body.
• After his retirement, he remained part of the club as head of External Relations.
