Warehouse exit time:
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in maximum two working days.
We carry out all our shipments with MRW. At the moment the shipment leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking code for your order.
As of current, there may be specific restrictions prioritising health services. There may also be restrictions regarding certain postal codes due to isolations. In these cases, they retain the shipment until delivery is allowed.
We deliver in 72 hours, subject to possible delays due to the current State of Alarm, and unless the delivery address is affected by temporal isolation which may not allow immediate delivery.
Spain and Portugal: Correos Paq 48 (express parcel service)
The delivery times are as follows:
Spain (peninsula), Mallorca and Andorra: Temporarily, and until further notice, deliveries will be made in 72 hours.
Portugal and the rest of the Balearic Islands: Temporarily, and until further notice, deliveries will be made in 72 hours.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 3-4 days (customs processing time is not included)
Home delivery option: consists of 2 delivery attempts and 15 days of permanence in the Reference Office.
Option collected at the post office: The shipment is sent to the office chosen by the customer, where the recipient will have 15 days to pick it up. The recipient will be informed by SMS and / or email, which is available in the office, and reminder messages will be sent if the collection is not produced. This option is not available in Portugal.
Rest of the world:
Europack: (Austria, France, Belgium, Italy, Holland, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany and Switzerland) Delivery at home in 3-4 days from the departure of our warehouse.
Rest of the world: Priority International Postal Paket. Delivery at home for 7 days approx. from the exit of our warehouse. The shipment may be subject to customs procedures, which could entail an extra cost for the recipient and a delay in delivery.
You can return any item within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product in the same conditions in which it was sent. To do this you must fill out the return request form and send the merchandise along with the card by courier to:

All return and reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use certified mail to ensure the correct reception of the shipment. Once we have received the merchandise and checked its status, we will credit you with the card with which you made the purchase, the amount corresponding to the returned product.
Only the return of personalized products will be accepted if the personalization is incorrect from the moment the order is received, or if the product presents a defect.
Once a name or number has been printed on a T-shirt, it can not be changed or a refund can be requested, unless the product has a defect. The same applies if a player leaves the club or changes his number within the team while playing for the club.
